Complaint: Deleted account and haven’t been refunded for money on card

My complaint:

About 2 weeks ago I had my cashapp deleted and I had $200 dollars on that account I filed on the app and got 1 or 2 responses. After a few days I contacted a place that owed me a refund and it’s going to that same account but I don’t have access to it and cashapp is doing nothing about it.

Suggested solution:

Either let me have my old cashapp back or let me have my cashapp name back so the money May be able to go to my account or refund me because they deleted that account.
