My complaint:

I sent $50.00 to $AliciaMolina thought she was my cousin whose mother died. Cash App said to request a refund from her but she has never accepted the money or return the refund. I have requested a refund 4 times and keep getting notifications from Cash App that the request has expired. I think this account is closed. Why is Cash App keeping my money.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Return the $50.00 to my account if the account is closed and the person has not accepted or returned the money. They need a real customer service person we can talk to not just the automated system. They know who receives money and who doesn’t. If a mistake is done they should be able to rectify it and not just keep the money.
