My complaint:

On November 30, 2020 I placed an order for two Air Jordan 1 Sneakers from an outside website. I paid the recipient $270.00 through Cash App expecting to receive real goods as shown by the positive reviews left on her Instagram. I received counterfeit sneakers on December 14, 2020 that were very different from what was described on the website. I have since contacted the recipient requesting a refund in which she has refused. In addition, I have contacted Cash App Support multiple times requesting a refund in which they have told me to contact the recipient i sent the money to.

Suggested solution:

I am requesting a full refund and either the destruction or the return of the counterfeit shoes to the recipient who will bear the cost of a shipping label.
