My complaint:
On December 30th I made a purchase to Food Lion supermarkets for $226 cash app and it said it was completed on Food Lion and said it was declined three minutes later had to make another purchase of $166 which was completed in they pull through Food Lion refuse station 26 But it reflected on my cash app balance Cash that refuses to give me back my refund on the 226 I have contact with them since January the beginning of January and still no results Food Lion has shown me the decline of the 226 cash app is saying that I put in my pin and it was me which I don’t dispute but it declined in food lion end only went thru from cash app end they clearly see where it came back declined from food lion but completed on their end Cash app refuse to refund my money
Suggested solution:
They should do the right thing as a mother to just a child and sent to worker to refund my money back on my card they can clearly see where was accepted then denied 3 minutes later which means that Food Lion has refused the amount the cash app took the amount Hopefully they say they settle in and look away And I can receive my $226 back my daughter is unable to get her medication and can hurt herself if not administered DO THE RIGHT thing
