My complaint:

I’ve used my cash app with the same type of activity for years now, back to when they were square. my boyfriend had sent me money to help with the bills while he was away and then at 12am last night $14 so I could get some food, not even ten minutes after I went to pay for the food and my card declined. no email at this point and I could instant transfer it to my bank so it wasn’t a huge issue. he tried to send me $ this morning for my script (insulin) and it said it was not able to be sent to me. I sent an email out and it said I had VIOLATED THEIR TOS and the decision is irreversible. I contacted their awful customer service through TWITTER and they REFUSED to help me or give me a number or any contact Information for someone higher up then their sUpEr PrOfeSsIoNaL Twitter support. I’m SO angry this is my primary use of $ moving for my small business. I’m sososososos screwed and they won’t do anything but give me the same automated answer they give everyone.

Suggested solution:

at LEAST let me know what happened or if they can re open it OR speak to an actual human. and give me back my money.
