My complaint:
Every time somebody sends me money on my cash app for example I’ll have $1.45 my sister-in-law accidentally cash app me $300 my new balance became $293 and some change when it should’ve been $301.45. Every time I receive money it charges me and from my understanding there should be no fee but I want every single dollar that they have charged me including the eight dollars tonight
Suggested solution:
By issuing me all the money that they charged me when I was receiving my payment from my friends I have a couple of pictures that I screenshot and sent my sister when I was telling her I would be in charge to receive payment so if they contact me with an email I can send them all the pictures that I took in or they could see on their side all the balances that I had that became a lower balance when I got money
