My complaint:
I used cashapp to receive payment for virtual goods. The buyer then decided that he was going to initiate fraud with his bank by calling them and stating they are unauthorized transactions. Cash app gives no notice of this and then send me emails saying “this amount has been refunded to this person” and pulled the funds right from my bank account.
Suggested solution:
They should allow me to post my evidence of sales. As well as chat logs ing purchases. This is ridiculous
