My complaint:
I tried to send money to an aquaintance. CashApp intercepted saying possible spam. I have documentation that they said they deposited back into my account. Nothing was ever deposited. I filed 7 times with CashApp all times they gave me a different story. They finally wrote a letter on my behalf to my bank GFA federal credit union, telling them money was put back into my account. GFA federal credit union claimed they see nothing. So both parties are pointing the finger at one and I still don’t have my money. Thank you.
