My complaint:

I sent my cousin $50 to his cash app. However, he never received it because he no longer has access to the phone his Cash App account was affiliated with. I tried to get a refund to send to his current Cash App account but they are telling me it has been processed and that I cannot get a refund. So I suggested that they forward the $50 to my cousin’s new Cash App account. However, they said he must call. He has called multiple times and do not receive call backs or has been told he has to submit an email but they never respond to his email. I send an email to Cash App for assistance and they closed my case stating it was rectified but it was not. The $50 I sent him is sitting in limbo and they will not release it back to me or to him. I need help getting my money back or getting it to my cousin. This is ridiculous. They clearly see that I have sent the money because they ed they saw it and I’m sure they can see it just sitting in his account untouched. I have requested assistance from a Supervisor but they stated they do not have Supervisor available. This issue has been going on for almost 3 weeks. It’s sad that they are doing this. Very bad service. I need assistance. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Can anyone direct me to another source who can help me get this issue resolved? Suggested solution:

Cash App need to either refund the money back to my Cash App account or transfer the money to my cousin's new Cash App account. It's just that simple.
