My complaint:
I’ve contacted cashapp 11x because i wanted to dispute transactions about my Cashapp Bitcoin’s. I was dealing with a company called Expert Investment Trade.com from Dec 30, 2020 – January 6, 2021. I made my last transaction January 6th. They were supposed to put money back in my account January 6, 2021. Nothing entered my Cashapp Bitcoin account. I contacted cashapp right away, they replied 1 saying they will get back with me. I have kept sending emails, they have yet to reply. I ask them for guidance, no guidance. I contacted Navy Federal credit Union about some of my Bitcoin transactions and they refunded me from moonpay. Cashapp is a joke. I contacted them over a week ago, this could have been handled the same as my bank and with moonpay.
Suggested solution:
Give me my Bitcoin’s back. I contacted them over a week ago. This could have been settles.
UPDATE: cashapp replied after i posted this message on Complain.biz, they only replied because i told them i posted it on this site. The guy Bobbie and i went back and forth about Cashapp Bitcoin’s and how they do not post anything on their wall about SCAMS OR HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELVES. This information should be listed. This is all they have listed, cashapp will scam you themselves. They charge fees when you sell or buy Bitcoin’s. Rip off! I’m posted what is on their wall concerning Bitcoin’s.
