Cash App complaint: Cash App won’t take back a rejected bank transfer

My complaint:

I made an instant transfer from my Cash App account to a long-closed bank account (PNC Bank), which was rejected by that institution. When I contacted support from Cash App, the representatives claimed Cash App could not take back bank transfers, and recommended I have the bank associated with the closed account file a claim with the credit company associated. The bank representatives have no way to make this claim, as the transfer was rejected before the money could even get to them.

Suggested solution:

Cash App should find out where the rejected transfer went, rather than brushing me off to try to work with the bank that never saw the money, take the rejected transfer back, and reflect the amount lost back into my Cash App account for me to access.
