My complaint:
I sent funds to a phone number that showed the correct recipient. The recipient didn’t receive the funds because the phone number isn’t attached to their account due to the app being on a different phone than the phone with the active number that I sent the funds. Customer service tells me that the recipient did receive the funds when in fact, all they received was a notification on the phone they currently use that the funds was sent to them. Customer service refuses to refund me my money.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the money that was never received.
