My complaint:
I booked a trip using my cash app card in January 2020. Trip was scheduled for March 2020 but due to covid, the merchant, bookit, canceled all flights and hotels. They closed their website and asked for customers to contact their banks for a refund. all my friends who also booked the same trip disputed the charges with their banks and received a refund. Cash app keep asking me for the same information over and over again. I completed the questionnaire about the transactions and I sent them pictures of all correspondence from the merchant and they wont. dispute my charges.
Suggested solution:
Dispute the charges and give me back my money.
