My complaint:

I had gotten an email from cash app about a $110 deposit that I did not receive and then I received a call from someone claiming to be a customer service rep forecasts app they got me to download an app called quick support they told me they were going to help me retrieve the one tin deposit and in all actuality they scammed me and stole $3500 out of my personal banking account my whole cash app is gone that I used to own I had stocks bit coin in it and everything I have not heard from cash app since the this happen I contacted them immediately as soon as I figured out what was going on with me I have found a police report I have contacted my bank I have worked very hard through the Corona virus pandemic to save this money as an essential worker and I feel violated I try to contact Jack Dorsey the owner of cash app and no response can you please do something to help me

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back if they responded immediately when I try to contact them they could have tracked down or stopped what was going on it has been 4 days and they probly don't even know about this situation because they're not checking

10 months ago - Cash app does not respond to important complaints it says they will get back to you in 48 hours I have not heard from them at all since Sunday it is Thursday that is unacceptable for someone to be able to have a company that does things like this to people
