My complaint:
First time user of cash app. I used this app to transfer money to someone for some ear buds for a loved one for Christmas. $53.29. the seeker of the items Brian Shamblin did not ship ear buds and essentially ghosted me leaving me out of $50. I contacted cash app about this issue, cash app stated there was nothing they could do. I suggested the cash app representative pay it since they had a job making money for doing nothing. They aren’t helping their customers against fraud, they aren’t doing anything. I have yet to hear back again from cash app. I did request a refund from Brian Shamblin but I’m sure I will not receive one.
Suggested solution:
Take the money from Brian Shamblin and return it to my account.
