My complaint:
I had someone send me money in the amount of $2,000 on CashApp. I later refunded the money. The person never got it. And when they reached out to CashApp support, they kept giving them the runaround. It has been over 45 days, and they still have not received the money. CashApp is not an honest platform and they are clearly stealing people’s money.
Suggested solution:
They need to give them their money back immediately. I have all the proof to back up what has been done.
