My complaint:
I tried to send my sister money through cash app but because the the original number she use an email she used to set up her new Cash App was changed when I put in her information is sent the money to someone else and I reached out to cash out and they told me I had to request the money from the person that the money went to I feel strongly that that’s not right why would someone receive $700 send it back there’s not that many good people in the world today sorry it just doesn’t work out that way I am really mad about the $700 but I also got caught upI also got caught up in a scam on Facebook and sent the person $400 our one in my money back cash out will not honor and go and get my money they don’t care about people using their system to scam people that it was happening I am out of $1100 due to cash app and then they close my Account close my app and would not let me get my money that was left on cash app
