My complaint:
I sent $329.00 to davion modest in cash app for merchandise. Never received any tracking information after weeks of no tracking information and no merchandise i decided to get a refund. However he states there are no refunds which isn’t posted on the website anywhere. He refuse refund and tell me there is $250 shipping fee which I also although I know that
I transferred money from cash app to my account. It never got to my account and I am having an unbelievably hard time trying to get help. I have concerns that they are taking money from me. I don’t know of another company that makes it so impossible to get assistance.
Suggested solution:
Refund the cash I sent to Davion modest
I will attempt to continue to try to get resolution through the company.
