My complaint:

I sent $329.00 to davion modest in cash app for merchandise. Never received any tracking information after weeks of no tracking information and no merchandise i decided to get a refund. However he states there are no refunds which isn’t posted on the website anywhere. He refuse refund and tell me there is $250 shipping fee which I also although I know that

That shit is crazy and Cash App will not help right?? They need to do a better job with that like Paypal, If I could find the bank they used to open the account, then I could find the piece of shit person..
