My complaint:
Cash App put a hold on my account saying they seen fraud transactions I had $700 on my account. I contacted the help support they unlocked the account so I changed my PIN and cant remember what I changed the PIN to normally it send a code to your email allowing you to change PIN to something you can remember. So I contact the help support they tell me to make a new cash app then they can merge the 2 accounts together and the $700 will be on my new account. The 2 accounts did not merge together so I contact help support back and all they can say is they see nothing showing I had the first cash app. I try to log into my old cash app and it say its been deleted. I have all the transactions on my email showing the transactions that I received to my first cash app that has the $700 on it.
Suggested solution:
I would like cash app to return my $700 they owe me because if they say they seen fraud they need to look up the account they seen fraud on which would be my first cash app. There should be a way they can look up all accounts that is attached to cash app. I do not have $700 to just give away during this pandemic.
