My complaint:

I ’ve sent several emails to support asking to respond to my emails in regards to my account not being able to close. I was scammed and now I’m worried the account is compromised. After having to verify myself over and over. I was sent email after email asking for my consent and information to shut down the account. I did provide the information. However I was not able to complete the closing as the button I was instructed to press was not showing on my app. I’ve reached out to everyone that emailed me I’ve tried the in app support team only to be told to wait for support team to respond and they never did.

I was told I don’t have any transactions pending so why can I not close the account. I want to be rid of this Bitcoin scam.

Suggested solution:

Allow me access to close the account or expedite the account. Force close. Or something. Not even the fraud department is getting back with me. I want to know what to do since I think my information was taken.
