My complaint:

Do NOT linky your banking Information with this company. I started getting s that I someone else (not me) was buying things like Bitcoins and silly stocks. I paused card and went into action reaching out through the only way possible – email. No chat? No calls? Seems strange. There is no help. And now (after several hours on email because they don’t actually have phones. Now they have actually linked someone else’s bank account is linked to mine. When I emailed about this no one responded, I was ultimately blocked and could not send any more customer service emails. Wow! This is crazy. Beware. I could have been cleaned out. I right now have someone else’s banking information link to my account and can use it to pay things and buy things and pay people. This is crazy. And you cannot even talk to a person. Nightmare!!! I’m lucky only $150 was gone before I removed my bank information. And who’s ever banking information is on my account right now is lucky as well because, who knows what could have happened. I’m breathing only a partial side of relief because I cannot cash out this account to close it because it wants me to use the current bank info on file, which is someone else’s (this seems like a federal crime), or link my new bank information in order to cash it out. Not today Satan not today.
