My complaint:
Cash app will not do anything if u send money to people online that has scammed u for the money I feel if there a bank why are they not doing anything to get my money back unless they are supporting scammers collect the money even though they say not to send to people you don’t know than why even have the app if u can’t use it for business or purchase with out being protected they should be more involved in making sure they get ur money back not just tell you we can’t do anything u should of not send money to people u don’t know .
Suggested solution:
They should work like a bank and fix the problem wen it was noted to them they should freeze the account and make sure u get ur money back
