My complaint:
On 912 I was sent $840 via cashapp from someone I know. This person later disputed transaction through her bank that was connected to her cashapp. The money was taken out of my bank account. Everything between the sender and I was eventually resolved. The sender cancelled the dispute and her bank released the funds back to the merchant cashapp. The sender AND her bank sent cashapp support the documents proving that the dispute was cancelled and the funds had been released. It has been over 2 weeks and cashapp has not returned the $840 to me.
Suggested solution:
They need to release the $840 back to me.
