Cash App complaint: Cash app has money locked in my direct deposit

My complaint:

I had an old account ($juggapaid) where there was never a debit card sent to my address. So time went on(some years) and I totally forgot about the account. I got a new job where we use a square pay app. I swapped from my direct deposit to cash app with a new cash tag($97pontiac). Not thinking the old cash app was connected to my current email I had my direct deposit sent to my new cash app. It has been close to a month and a half and still no money. They won’t let me call anymore.all correspondence is done through email. They refuse to have anyone with any type of security clearance release my funds that I worked for.

Suggested solution:

I need a phone call from a Supervisor that will sit down and go through all the loops until my funds that I worked for pulled from an old account and sent to my current one.
