My complaint:
My debit card got hacked at a gas station in Richmond Virginia. My debit and credit card was connected to my cash account . Someone mad a total of 14 transactions on my debit and credit card and all the money I had in my cash account was stolen. Also all the money I had in my stock account via cash app was stolen as well. Cash denied both claims and closed my account sighting I violated the user agreement and that the theft came from a known source, they can’t tell me who the source is nor can they specify what was the violation.
Suggested solution:
I just want my $337.00 that was stolen from my account and my $190.00 that was stolen from my stock account
