My complaint:
Ive been trying since March to verify my old account from a year ago because my stimulus check was direct deposit to the account. I have spoken with multiple agents and one supervisor. Ive given them more then enough information to prove my identity. I figured if I can’t verify the account. I’ll have them cancel all accounts that I’m associated with. Still havent contacted me about that either. If all the accounts get cancelled. Still no results. Its obvious my account has been compromised. I have the last 4 of the account number the IRS sent the money too. Have also checked the routing number. Its associated with a bank cash app use.
Suggested solution:
Find a way to verify my account or cancel all accounts associated with my social security number. So the money can at least be sent back.
