My complaint:
I had my Cash app account open and notice the sender sent January rent through text message. I could not Cash out the funds on December 31, 2020. I tried to verified my Cash app account and it said invalid. I sent many emails to cash app support and no result of how to received my funds.
Suggested solution:
I will like for Cash app to reverse the transaction and send it to the sender.
