Complaint: Can’t access account after lost my phone

My complaint:

I lost my phone last week and purchased a new one when I tried to download my cash app accpunt and sighn in , I was told my account looks closed however I did not close my account so since last Thursday I’ve made a new account with cash app and sent 37 emails to support to no email even went on to tell me thanks for my patience and they can try to merge my accounts but since the original account is closed they said they couldn’t help .
Since the pandemic I’ve been very frugal with all my currency because so much is still unknown so part of my unemployment Deposits are saved on my cash app account that I can’t access over 4,000 cash I

Suggested solution:

don’t know what else to do but willing to try whatever suggestions come up with a way for me to access my account or return my funds I’ve got all Of my cards and access to original number and email
Just want to access my cash I’m very broke now no change or nothing after this please help
