My complaint:
I attempted to cancel a share order multiple times. Upon the 4th or 5th attempt it purchased at nearly $3 above market price.
After seeing this, I cancelled my second order (I have the screenshots) and nearly 2 hrs later I get a withdrawal from my bank for that amount. I filed an SEC complaint and contacted a lawyer regarding the robinhood issue, but I want to speak to a lawyer about this.
If I dont receive a response from cash app by this time tomorrow (I need to at least give them a chance to respond as per my bank) I’m filing fraudulent charges.
Good thing I have the screenshot that shows the order cancelled (successfully) before purchase.
Suggested solution:
Reverse transaction.
