My complaint:
App won’t let me open or select any boosts, there is a button that says “add boost” but its completely blank and when i click on it an error message pops up. it’s been doing this for over a week. i’ve emailed their “support” (if you can call it that) so many times and they are not helpful whatsoever. they’ve now been ignoring me for the last four days even though i’ve sent three more separate emails.
Suggested solution:
to resolve my complaint AT THE VERY MINIMUM they should refund me 10% of the purchases i’ve made to door dash (boost i always use) as well as a $30 credit for my $30 off any purchase boost which i am also not able to use due to this unresolved and now ignored issue. they should also fix the issue so i can use the boost feature again.
