My complaint:
Hello I woke up to my account clear to someone hacked in and sent themselves money and then used the card to pay for only fans I contacted cash app right after and they have told me they invigorated in a couple hours and seems as though I am the one who sent this person money. I have never sent this person money or spent money I’m only fans they have no number and refuse to help you in any way.I was the only person who had my phone it happened between 4 and 7 In the morning I was sleep and I have a 1 and 2 year old no way they sent money and knew my pin the only working phone that I have logged into cash app with the other one is in my dresser draw broken
Suggested solution:
They should investigate properly and see that they have a problem in cash app and refund my money and they can close the account I no longer trust their ability to hold my money and be accountable for it
