My complaint:
I sent 420$, to my friend a week ago, and she received it, and she got the proof that her withdrawal was processed, even got an email that it was processed, but the external end never recieved it. So she wanted her refund back. So she called the Cashapp and they wanted me to give out my debit card that was linked to the account, they made me download this App on play store called QUICK SUPPORT. They didnt tell me what I was doing, all I thought it was procedures to get my 420$refund back. This is the fuuuuuucckkeedd up part, not only did they kept my refund for my friend, they stole my money in 2 transactions, one was a check from work, and the other was my stimulus check. I even called them back about 8 times, and they were being beligerant, and they even were hanging up on purpose, saying that I was harassing them when all I told them I tried to get my refund and yet you stole all of my money. I have 700$ in my bank account. So I had to call my bank to dispute this when it literally happen right on front of my eyes. They have poor customer service, and everytime you try to call them, they always have someone different, and they love to hang up on you!!!
