My complaint:

I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord on Aug 4. All paperwork finalized. Even text and email giving me delivery day and time. Which was Aug 7 at 11am. No show. Called Carvana and got the run around for nearly two hours. They had to go in and take car back from someone else who purchased it. Then got all my info again. Offered me $25 a day. For what I don’t know. Rescheduled delivery for Friday Aug 13 but my child needs it for school on the 12th. Supervisor was to try and get car scheduled for quicker delivery with a promised phone call back to let me know. Never called back. I called again last night only to be told there is nothing they can do. As a supervisor myself I know there is something they can do. The vehicle is only 5 hours away.

Suggested solution:

They should get the vehicle I ordered to me before Wednesday. No if’s ands or buts about it. If you want repeat customers then customer service should be your number one priority. Would like to speak to owner or manager of company.
