My complaint:
Been waiting for a car that was suppose to be ready February 11th got pushed out for unknown reason to Feb 27th. Two days before(Friday 25th at 3:30) they inform me it will be pushed out another month until March 17th. I have had issues with dealing with the price of my trade in go down and down for no reason and someone had to manually input the original agreement price. I have already got insurance, assessment, and financing for the new vehicle that I do not have. Both parties signed and notarized a contract and now they are trying to make a new contract. Good thing I have copies.
Suggested solution:
What needs to happen is the Escalade needs to be out on a truck from Ohio to my house Monday the 29th the second they open.
