My complaint:

My daughter and I both both cars from Carvana within a year of one another. Both cars were still being paid for. Both cars need new motors. My daughter has sent her car back. However, i’m still paying for my car but can’t afford to get the motor replaced. It is very odd for both cars to need a motor within the 5 year time frame of having the car. I understand repairs will happen but the motor on two different cars is crazy to me.

Suggested solution:

I would like to have my car paid off or the motor replaced on my vehicle. Right now we have no transportation at all.
