My complaint:
Airport transfer
I booked a flight transfer for my wife on the Sat 29th July from Rome Ciampino airport to flaminio village bungalows. The reservation number AKWZQX (RYANAIR) yours given above. Upon arrival the driver was not there which did not bode well. He then drove very erratically could not find the destination and started cursing my wife insinuating it was her fault. He actually passed her his phone to find it herself, stopped the car at one point to relieve himself and put my wife in a very uncomfortable position as she was travelling on her own. Furthermore he stopped the vehicle in a very dangerous position on the road while trying to locate the destination. She was very distressed. He also starting cursing and saying it was all her fault, she felt very threatened. Eventually when she arrived, he insisted she hadn’t paid, even though this was pre-booked with your selves demanded a tip! My wife was very distressed and upset by the whole experience. It is not what you expect from a pre-booked airport transfer, especially for a woman on her own in a foreign country. I am dismayed and appalled at this service, and booked the transfer to give my wife peace of mind and security when she had flown out to meet me in Italy. This level of service is unacceptable when it has been pre-booked paid for in advance. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this matter. Regards Phil Courtnell

Some form of compensation, a refund would be acceptable, my wife was left terrified and in an anxious state on her own.
