My complaint:

I had a 09 bmw 335i that one of the turbo actuators went out in the turbo, and a pinhole in my radiator I took it to the BMW repair shop they gave me an estimate on fixing the car which was $16,000 I got the highest level of coverage that car should offered to make sure that it would Cover any issue that came out so when I did have issues, Then all the sudden they didn’t want to cover anything when they seen how much the bill was going to be they said they would put a aftermarket radiator in but would not cover the turbo charger that came in the car stock nothing was modified and in my policy it said it covered all turbo charger superchargers all components of turbo chargers and it also stated it covered any part of the motor isn’t a turbo part of the motor it comes in the car so either way it should’ve covered it which did not so I was unable to drive my car leading to Job loss And my car getting repossessed because I could no longer make the payments without a job I couldn’t get to my job because I didn’t have a running vehicle, so yes this is a breach of the contract I am currently looking for an attorney or I’m just going to file a small claims court myself against him because it is definitely in black-and-white and they refuse to fix

Suggested solution:

Giving me the $16,000 now so I can put towards egg buying another car because that was the original price of fixing the car and since I no longer have the car I have to purchase another one
