CarShield complaint: Crappy service poor adjusting

My complaint:

My car has been in the shop for over a week. Still not fixed. Lousy customer service.

Suggested solution:

Work on my car and help the elderly disabled. Stop ignoring the CUSTOMERS. I have DIAMOND POLICY? What a joke.
