My complaint:
Car Sheild refuses to pay for the right fuel pump for my vehicle… they even sent over a cheap fuel pump that was wrong.. Now that they’ve leanred their fuel pump that they sent wouldn’t work. The only option is to use the one The BMW dealer reccommended in the first place… Only Car Sheild only wants to pay 300 of the 500 that the right fuel pump cost. Wanting me to come out of pocket for the rest. CARSHEILD also required me to play for a fuel pump relay first before they would even entertain the the thought if replacing the fuel pump. All I see are commercials advocating that they take care of customers. This company is ripping people off..

Pay for the recommended fuel pump Bmw dealer recommended in the first place...
