My complaint:
I went into the local store and worker was on the phone. He complained about having to help a customer to the person he was speaking on the phone with and told the person he had someone just walk in he had to go. He asked me very rudely how he can help me and I told him I was looking for the led light bulbs for my car. He asked me which ones and I told him they are 886. He said in a questioning voice what the 88 what? I said the 886 he again asked what I meant and I told him u know the 886 there are 880 etc. I need 886. He walked in the back and came back out and continued to question what I wanted. I told him I need brights too and I walked out to grab my phone because I have the light bulb info and when I came back in he asked me what I need and I told him I’m looking for brights for my car and I need led he said if there not on shelf i dont have em. He clearly didn’t want to help me so I told him he was an ahole and Im not going to ever come back I was only trying to spend money and he made me feel unwelcome and rude to me. I’m upset I don’t think il ever shop with them again. Only place around too. So that’s a bummer
Suggested solution:
Fire the guy and have the remaining emoyees do a customer service class or something.
