My complaint:
I went through the driv thriu in Salinas on 12/6/2023 @4:39 pm and the manager wouldn’t let me say what I wanted he kept cutting me off and it was only 2 orders and I asked him to please let me finish asking what I want and he still got my order wrong he was the rudest person I have experienced especially being s manager he was also rude to the staff it looked like she wanted to cry and I don’t blame her I was upset myself. Please acknowledge this he needs to be spoken to about his management I will never go back there again.
Suggested solution:
I would like someone to reach out to myself so I can explain it better and know that someone will address this matter with him. The store is 1101478 in Salinas california 93905
