My complaint:
I was trying to get my discount on my app. I asked the manager – she was nasty about it and then she just left me standing there. One of the other employees finally helped me. This occurred on 9/1/23 at 11 am. I submitted the claim on that day. Today is 11/8/23 and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I don’t appreciate that type of treatment and it needs to be addressed.
Suggested solution:
I should be compensated with some type of free meal for my inconvenience.
