My complaint:
The phone number on the back of my CAPITOL
Credit card doesn’t work even the ones online doesn’t work when i dial the computer keep asking for my credit card or social security number over and over again and say i can’t hear you and hanging up on me even when I say or key in the numbers .SRAMMING I Think MAYBE 7 ON YOUR SIDE CAN HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM

I CAN'T RATE YOU YET BECAUSE I CANT CONTRACT YOU OR THE CAPITOL ONE AUTO COMPAY
