My complaint:
I opened a 360 bank account in October and was hoping for the bonus by setting up the direct deposit. Requirements were 2 direct deposits within 60 days. First direct deposit was end of October, second end of November. Today I called customer service to inquire when to expect the bonus. I was told since my direct deposits were outside 35 days after opening the bank account, I was not eligible. It would have been impossible to have 2 direct deposits within 35 days unless you have direct deposits from different companies, which I did not.
Suggested solution:
They should give me the promised bonus
