My complaint:
I received a bill for $4500.00. I returned an item for $1500 and got the credit and paid the remaining $3000. When my new bill came out I was billed interests charges totaling $56. Which was the interest on the returned item amount even though the credit was received for my return of the $1500 item before my payment was due.
Suggested solution:
Remove the interest charges since the credit was received prior to the payment date and I paid the remaining difference before my due date.
