My complaint:
I placed an order on 05122022 from cityawsome.com. But the seller never shipped any items to my home address! It’s a fraudulent website, it’s a scam! I called capital one bank to dispute the charge and I get my money back. But the seller provided a fake tracking number as a proof of delivery, so capital one charge back from my account. I called UPS customer service and received a email from UPS that can shows the package with the tracking number the seller provided was delivered to someone else home! Not my home address! I ordered 4 bags of gum that each bag’s weight is 80g. But the package weight was 6.3lbs! I uploaded all the documents to capital one, also wrote two letters that I have never received anything from the seller! But capital one refused to refund me, force me to pay for the seller. The ridiculous reason is I have not canceled the order! I’ve told capital one hundreds of times that I can not contact the seller because all the contact information from seller’s website all fake! All of them are non-reachable! I uploaded all the documents as a proof.I also beg capital one representative to call the seller and they couldn’t get through to the seller either! It’s obviously a scam! The phone number, email address and company’s address from the seller’s website cityawsome.com are all invalidfake. The tracking number the seller provided was not delivered to my home, or fake! The weight of the package is incorrect or not match! But capital one still not help me to get my money back, they are not protect their customers, but helping criminals and forced their customers to pay for the scam! They are giving their customers a impossible mission to contact non-reachable seller to cancel their order!
