My complaint:
I went to my Canvas Anchutz Aurora Colorado branch. I wanted to see if they would waive the overdraft fees on my Cheeckiy account. They have always done that before. Cheryl who was helping me went to the back of the bank. When she came out she told me that Stephanie the acting manager would not help me out at all. She also did not come out in person. I have been a Canvas member for 10 years. I am a disabled US Army Veteran on a limited income. Her actions caused me to have no food for a couple of days
Suggested solution:
Stephanie should apologize to me in person and waive my overdraft fees to my checking account. I am thinking of closing my account over the way I was treated.
