My complaint:
Driving home the engine light came on my car with the message that coolant level low stop engine. went in to the store the person at the desk told me that they are fully booked make an appointment and come back. I told her this takes only 5 minutes. she said no again. then I told her that in order to get a tow truck get a taxi pick up a rental car get a taxi to pick up the car to bring back it will cost a fortune, i have a small pension i can not afford to that. She said that is my problem with a big smirk on her face. ive never felt so humiliated in my whole life. i was literally begging her to help me out because my husband is terminally ill and i have to get home soon as possible. she just shrugged her shoulder . same thing happened with the manager no help. and having no other choice i drove to the closest gas station and a guy was kind enough to help me out.
Suggested solution:
5000 dollar would solve the problem
