My complaint:

I went into this Location on and purchased 32.00 worth of groceries with my debit card and a 99cent bag to have it delivered. I was then told that I needed to spend $45 I’m order to have delivery so I had to cancel the order and get a refund. However I left the bag I purchased in the store. I returned and spoke to the Manager in reference to the bag and was told it’s not his problem so I asked to speak with the owner who was very rude and disrespectful and told me to leave his store or he will drag me out.. I was so upset I spend so much money there to have to fight over a 99 cent bag..

Suggested solution:

I would never risk losing a valued customer for a bag that’s 99 cent.. I’m so dissapointed and embarrassed about how they treated me
